CREATED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

Wisdom2.0

An invitation to bring your authentic presence, creative mind, and greatest human capacities to work

The old ways of work are crumbling. People want to be part of organizations that stand for a purpose and value well-being, where their individual expression, and dare I say “soul force” is welcome. The time has come when many people are unwilling to compromise their values for a paycheck. And rightly so.

During this time of rapid change, how do we cultivate our own inner stability and vision? How do we design our lives and organizations such that they provide real fulfillment? When it comes to the successful companies of the future, what will their organizational cultures be like? And who will lead them and be the mentors?

The answer to this last question is easy: People like you. People who care. People who want to live “on purpose” and are willing to do the inner work to re-imagine and reinvent how we live and work.

That’s not easy. As the world of work shifts rapidly, perhaps you also feel quite a bit shifting inside of you. It makes sense. So much feels uncertain right now, and many of us are under quite a bit of pressure to recreate ourselves and our workplaces while we are simultaneously called to inspire and bring out the best in others.

We need to deepen our inner equilibrium and find support and guidance to ground our vision.

Fortunately, with the Inner MBA® program, you now have access to some of the world’s leading conscious CEOs, expert faculty, and wisdom teachers who have already experienced success in the new purpose-driven paradigm of work, people who are willing to share what they know and illuminate the path.

You also have the Inner MBA community, a community of people like you who are right in the midst of this “sea change” and are eager to collaborate and bring their problem-solving intelligence to navigate the challenges we each face.

I believe that success in the future will be defined by the depth of connection we feel to meaningful work and the people we do it with. Self-awareness, creative vision, and collaboration skills will not be “nice to have”; they will be imperatives.

If growing in this way calls to you, please come join us for our next cohort of the Inner MBA program. We welcome you, fellow traveler and creative business change-maker, with open arms!

With love on the journey,

The Inner MBA Curriculum

The Inner MBA program consists of nine modules—you and your fellow participants will focus on one module per month for the nine-month duration of the program.

We understand that life can get busy, plus we have students in different time zones across the United States and the world. This is why we’ve designed the program to include both self-paced and live components.

Below is a the curriculum from last year’s Inner MBA cohort. This year’s curriculum will be posted soon.

During this very first virtual gathering with Inner MBA faculty and students, we will focus on what you can expect in the program and intention setting to create a solid pathway for your success throughout the program. You will meet our hosts, Tami Simon and Soren Gordhamer, meet your fellow Inner MBA participants, and be inspired by our keynote speaker Tara Mohr. Sharon Salzberg will close the event by leading a meditation for the entire cohort.

For many cutting-edge companies, EQ is becoming more important than IQ. This challenges the decades-old belief system that tells us to leave our emotions at home. The many benefits of emotional intelligence at work include faster conflict resolution and more inclusive and empathetic discussions where everybody feels heard. This naturally leads to more cooperative, creative, and productive teams. Here, we will start to employ strategies and tools to amplify our capacity for emotional intelligence.

We are taking the health of all Inner MBA enrollees very seriously. We’ve made a few additional options available in your enrollment process.

If you are uncertain about traveling to the in-person immersion events in September 2020 and April 2021, you may now enroll for the Virtual Only Program, and then upgrade later to the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program if you become more comfortable with travel.

Alternately, if you’d like to enroll in the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program, you can downgrade to the Virtual Only option if you need to due to travel conditions.

To support anyone experiencing financial hardship during this time, we have opened up several more scholarships than we initially planned to, to make sure no student who wants to attend is turned away for financial reasons.
