The Inner Path to Success: Grow Yourself to Grow Your Career and Your Business

CREATED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

Wisdom2.0

An invitation to bring your authentic presence, creative mind, and greatest human capacities to work

The old ways of work are crumbling. People want to be part of organizations that stand for a purpose and value well-being, where their individual expression–and dare I say “soul force”–is welcome. The time has come when many people are unwilling to compromise their values for a paycheck. And rightly so.

There are big questions before us today: How do we cultivate our own inner stability and vision? To what degree can we do this in corporate environments that we ourselves do not control? When it comes to the successful companies of the future, what will their organizational cultures be like? And who will lead them or serve as mentors?

The answer to this last question is easy: People like you. People who care

People who want to live on purpose and are willing to do the inner work to re-imagine and reinvent how we live and work. Doing that, however, is not easy…

These are not “soft skills." They are some of the hardest skills to master and are not taught in college or business school.

With training and commitment, we can learn to become proactively aware of our thoughts and emotions, instead of always being reactively driven by them. We can learn how to regulate our nervous system such that we feel grounded, capable, and solution-oriented, even in the face of very challenging situations. We can learn to do hard things in a way that both honors our humanity and keeps our integrity intact. This includes having courageous conversations, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and moving through difficult times of transition with authenticity and composure.

With the Inner MBA® program, you now have access to some of the world’s leading conscious CEOs, expert faculty, and wisdom teachers who have already experienced success in the new purpose-driven paradigm of work, people who are willing to share what they know and illuminate the path for others.

Never before has such a talented and diverse faculty come together with this singular goal in mind.

When you enroll in the Inner MBA® program, you’ll also join a community of people just like you, who are right in the midst of this “sea change” and are eager to collaborate and problem solve to navigate the challenges we each face.

Whether you are an entrepreneur, an executive, a coach, or a consultant, the Inner MBA® program is an opportunity for you to grow yourself so you can grow your work in the world and bring forward your innate gifts in more and more powerful ways.

I believe that success in the future will be defined by the depth of connection we feel to meaningful work and the people we do it with. Self-awareness, creative vision, and collaboration skills will not be “nice to have”; they will be imperatives.

If growing in this way calls to you, please come join us for our next cohort of the Inner MBA® program.

We welcome you, fellow traveler and creative business change-maker, with open arms!

With love on the journey,

This naturally leads to more cooperative, creative, and productive teams. Here, we will start to employ strategies and tools to amplify our capacity for emotional intelligence.

Part of the Inner MBA curriculum includes live sessions with our elite faculty of business leaders, spiritual teachers, and Ivy League professors. You can attend these sessions live, or you can access the recordings we will make available in your Inner MBA members area.

You’ll also meet with a small group of peers once per month, held at a time your group mutually agrees upon. As community is an integral part of the program, you will be required to attend this session live in order to earn your Certificate of Completion when the program ends.

A good portion of our live sessions take place at times of day that make it easier for our international participants to attend.

The Inner MBA is a 9-month program, and enrollment opens just once each year. The next program starts on September 28, 2024, and ends on May 17, 2025.

We understand that life can get busy, plus we have students in different time zones across the United States and the world. This is why we’ve designed the Inner MBA program to include both self-paced and live components.

The program consists of nine modules—you and your fellow students will focus on one module per month for the nine-month duration of the program.

Each module contains video teachings, exercises and practices, and reading course materials that you can go through at your own pace. You’ll also have the opportunity to take deep dives into specific content areas that might interest or support you.

Plus be able to connect, network, and collaborate in the Inner MBA community forum throughout the program at times that work best for your schedule.

There will also be several live sessions each month with the Inner MBA faculty that we recommend attending live if you can, so that you can participate in the live Q&A portion of the sessions. (If you can’t make the live sessions, you can always access the recordings later on inside your Inner MBA members area.)

We estimate you’ll spend one or two hours per week watching video teachings, participating in live Q&As, engaging in exercises and practices, and reading course materials.

And if you want to go deeper, there will be optional reading material and exercises offered for those seeking further resources and deeper learning.

You will not be required to submit assignments for “grading,” as you would in a traditional educational setting.

To receive your Certificate of Completion, you must complete all nine modules, which includes viewing all streaming content and attending the live sessions with the faculty (or, if you aren’t able to attend live, watching the recordings), within a few months of the program end date (May 17, 2025).

We are taking the health of all Inner MBA enrollees very seriously. We’ve made a few additional options available in your enrollment process.

If you are uncertain about traveling to the in-person immersion events in September 2020 and April 2021, you may now enroll for the Virtual Only Program, and then upgrade later to the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program if you become more comfortable with travel.

Alternately, if you’d like to enroll in the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program, you can downgrade to the Virtual Only option if you need to due to travel conditions.

To support anyone experiencing financial hardship during this time, we have opened up several more scholarships than we initially planned to, to make sure no student who wants to attend is turned away for financial reasons.
