The moment this program is built for
You’ve built something. A career. A company. A body of work. A life that, from the outside, is mostly working.
But, somewhere along the way, something quieter has started to surface. A sense that the operating system that got you here, the willpower, the discipline, the figuring-it-out, is not the operating system that will get you to what you actually want next.
The skills that meet this moment are the most important skills you will ever build. And the work you’ll do in the Sounds True Inner MBA® actually delivers. The next chapter you have been privately designing becomes the one you are actually living. Not because you have to choose between your ambition and your depth. Because you develop the inner architecture that clears the path to the outer results you want.
This program is where you develop them, with people who are doing the same work, supported by faculty who have built meaningful lives on their own terms.

What Awaits You in THE PROGRAM:
Three day kickoff event followed by six months together online
OCTOBER 23-25 · IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL
A threshold event
Three immersive days, either in person or live online, alongside the Inner MBA faculty and some of the most accomplished, purpose-driven executives, professional and leaders from around the world. You’ll begin cultivating the capacities that everything else depends upon:
Clarity about what is yours to build. Greater awareness, steadiness, emotional agility and the inner capacities that shape every decision you make.
You’ll also begin developing your Inner MBA Compass, your personal alignment tool and the living map of what you’re creating.
OCTOBER 2026 – APRIL 2027 · ONLINE
The work takes root
Designed to integrate into your life, not interrupt. Monthly live teaching sessions, coaching sessions to help bring your work and ideas to life, Q&As, small groups, and meaningful connection across six months.
A moment to mark the chapter
We’ve designed the three day opening event to be the kind of moment you feel as a before-and-after an opportunity to mark this chapter of your life and work in a tangible way, alongside the people who will walk the next six months with you.
Inside the three days
Three Days at UC Berkeley
October 23–25, 2026
Day 1
FRIDAY
Arriving
The work begins with awareness — not as concept, but as the ground you stand on. Live teaching with Tami Simon and Jeremy Hunter sets the foundation, and you meet your cohort.
Day 2
SATURDAY
Going Deeper
Sessions with GGSC faculty translate decades of research on flourishing into practical capacities you carry into how you build, lead, and serve.
Day 3
SUNDAY
Beginning
You leave with your Inner MBA Compass underway, your cohort committed, and a clearer answer to the question you arrived with: what is mine to do?
Detailed schedule and venue information sent upon registration.
THE CURRICULUM:
Six modules designed to fundamentally
shift how you lead and live.
60–90 minutes a week. Designed to integrate into your life, not interrupt it.
Opening Event
Program Curriculum:
Accelerate your inner transformation so that you get outer results
Three days together in-person. The cohort is born. The foundation is set.
MODULE 1
What’s Mine to Do?
There are big questions before us today. How do we make sense of our work when AI is reshaping what work even is? How do we grow inwardly when the world gets louder every day? How do we bring our dreams, ideas, and visions into the world and do work that matters, while building the life we actually want?
You’ll clarify your vision, learn about your Reinventability Loop, Dare card, complete more work in your Inner MBA Compass and begin your first 2 week sprint.
MODULE 2
Foundations of Conscious Awareness
Learn to recognize the states that shape how you show up at work, from stress and reactivity to connection and regulation. You’ll identify your core values and the patterns that can pull you away from them.
You’ll also work with “The Intention–Results Map,” that reveals the gap between intention and outcome and where to intervene. The result is more intentional decision-making, clarity, and effectiveness.
MODULE 3
Emotional Intelligence and Being Your True Self
What does it mean to be fully yourself at work or in your business? In this module, you’ll explore emotional intelligence not simply as a set of skills, but as a way of becoming more deeply attuned to yourself and others.
You’ll learn to recognize and work with ego patterns and protective personas and discover how presence creates meaningful change. By bringing more of your True Self to your work, you can access clearer thinking, more creative ideas, wiser decisions, stronger relationships, and ultimately, more meaningful results and success.
A deliberate pause
Quiet Week · Integration
No new teaching. Space to absorb.
MODULE 4
Conscious Connection
Nothing meaningful is created alone. Whether you’re leading a team, building a business, launching an idea, writing a book, or creating something you believe in, your ability to connect with others can determine how far your vision travels.
In this module, you’ll discover how kindness, compassion, gratitude, humility, deep listening, and conscious communication create the trust and relationships that bring ideas to life. You’ll learn to help people feel genuinely seen, valued, and supported.
The result is deeper connection, stronger relationships, and the ability to create the conditions for people, ideas, and businesses to thrive.
MODULE 5
Navigating Conflict and Hard Conversations
If you’re building something that matters to you, difficult conversations are inevitable. How you meet conflict can determine what happens next.
In this module, you’ll learn to lean into conflict with curiosity, empathy, humility, and courage rather than avoiding it or allowing it to escalate. You’ll discover how to find shared values and common goals, listen across differences, set healthy boundaries, and use apology and forgiveness to repair and strengthen relationships.
The result is greater capacity to navigate challenges, preserve what matters, and turn difficult moments into opportunities for deeper understanding, growth, and forward movement.
MODULE 6
Being an Agent of Change
This is not the end of the journey. It’s the beginning of what comes next.
Over course of the program, you’ve been doing the inner and outer work of real transformation. You’ve clarified what matters, built your Inner MBA Compass, and completed several cycles of two-week sprints that have turned insight into action and ideas into meaningful progress.
Now, you’ll bring it all together. You’ll see what has changed, recognize the progress you’ve already made, and you have a clear framework for continuing to move forward. Whether you’re leading an organization, building a business, or launching an idea, you’ll leave with the clarity, courage, and practical process to keep creating meaningful results.
All sessions recorded and available within 72 hours. Live sessions thoughtfully scheduled across global time zones.
Personalized Support
1-1 Coaching & Live Learning
Dedicated support throughout your six-month journey, combining one-on-one guidance with the power of community and live instruction.
You complete the program with
A credential that recognized inner development in the outer world.
Upon completion of the program, you’ll receive an Inner MBA Certificate of Completion, recognizing your successful participation in the six-month program. Your certificate can be included on your résumé, LinkedIn profile, and professional credentials.
Faculty
Walking with you for six months
A carefully gathered faculty of conscious business leaders, researchers, and inner development teachers who have built meaningful careers on their own terms and who are genuinely ready to share what they know.

Who is This Program For:
For people building, leading, and reimagining what they do
The Inner MBA is for people who want to do their work with greater consciousness, clarity, and care.
You are building or growing a business, a career, a body of work and you’re ready for your next chapter.
You have done a lot already, but know there is more in you.
You have hit a ceiling that willpower alone is not going to break through.
You are in a season of reinvention and want the support to do it well.
You want to reach new heights of fulfillment, at work, and in life.
You already know that who you are becoming matters as much as what you are achieving.
One of the best investments you can make.
You have already invested in your career, your team, your home, your family. But, this is an investment that helps you make good on all those other investments.
Many people spend years on the long private project of trying to figure this out alone, in programs, retreats, coaches, and more. What is different here is the container: a six-month framework, a peer cohort, and faculty who have built meaningful lives on their own terms.
The cost of doing nothing is its own number paid quietly, over years, in the patterns that do not change on their own, in the conversations that keep going sideways, in the ceiling that willpower alone is not going to break through.
We provide the room, the framework, and the faculty. You do the work. The outcomes belong to you.

We are taking the health of all Inner MBA enrollees very seriously. We’ve made a few additional options available in your enrollment process.
If you are uncertain about traveling to the in-person immersion events in September 2020 and April 2021, you may now enroll for the Virtual Only Program, and then upgrade later to the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program if you become more comfortable with travel.
Alternately, if you’d like to enroll in the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program, you can downgrade to the Virtual Only option if you need to due to travel conditions.
To support anyone experiencing financial hardship during this time, we have opened up several more scholarships than we initially planned to, to make sure no student who wants to attend is turned away for financial reasons.
