Act Before You’re Ready
Why Clarity and Confidence Come From Small, Imperfect Steps (and How to Take Yours This Week)
Understanding the needs beneath our ambition, choices, and next chapters
Learn how to read the inner tug beneath your restlessness, ambition, or questions about what’s next. Often, the clarity we’re waiting for doesn’t arrive before we act, it emerges through action itself. Bring one thing you’ve been circling. Leave with your DARE: one bold, doable step you’ll take within the next 7 days.

Everyone who registers gets the replay.
Everything you’re good at now was once something you had no idea how to do.
You just started, and you figured it out along the way. Then a new thing arrives, and somehow we forget.
There’s nothing wrong with thinking it through. You’re careful, and people count on you. But there’s a difference between thinking something through and waiting until you feel ready.
Maybe there’s something you’ve been circling: a change at work, something you want to start, a conversation you know you need to have. You get close, and right on schedule, the reasons to wait arrive.
I’m not ready yet.
Maybe when things calm down.
What if I get this wrong?
It makes sense, and we can defend it for a long time. Except sometimes the thinking has been going on for six months. Or two years. That’s what this free session is about.
Nataly Kogan has spent years helping people navigate change without waiting for perfect clarity or confidence first.
She calls that pull toward something new the inner tug. It’s the thing that keeps tapping you on the shoulder, and her teaching turns the usual order around: Clarity and confidence come because you act. One small, imperfect step can tell you what another six months of thinking can’t.
In this working session with Tami Simon, you’ll put that idea to work on something real in your own life. You’ll bring the thing you’ve been circling, and before the hour ends, you’ll choose your DARE: one bold, doable step you’ll take within the next 7 days.
The plan can still be unfinished. The fear can still be there. What you’ll have is a next step, chosen and scheduled.
In this free masterclass, you’ll learn:
Understand why you can know something needs to change and still keep putting it off, and what that recurring inner tug may be telling you
Catch how quickly your mind starts building a case for everything that could go wrong, and start seeing possibilities without ignoring reality
Ask yourself one surprisingly useful question: if you had 10x your courage, what new possibilities would you explore?
Find where what gives you energy meets your most meaningful impact, what Nataly calls your Zone of Aliveness
Choose your DARE and commit to taking it within 7 days
See why this hour is only a starting point, and how the Inner MBA gives you the time, structure, and teachers to make acting on the tug your default
Who this is for…
This session is for anyone with something they keep coming back to.
Bring the thing you keep coming back to, and come ready to choose your DARE. The whole plan can wait. A next move is enough.

She went on to build a career spanning McKinsey, Microsoft, and venture capital, becoming the youngest and only female Managing Director at a New York venture firm at 25. As a founder or executive, she built five tech startups, including founding and leading Happier, one of the world’s first gratitude platforms, which helped hundreds of thousands of people around the world lead happier lives.
At the peak of her success, Nataly burned out. That burnout became the catalyst for her most important reinvention, and today, Nataly delivers keynotes and leadership experiences for leading organizations around the world, helping their people grow and reinvent through change. Most of us were taught to get ready before we begin. Learn more, think it through, wait until we feel confident.
Sometimes that’s exactly the right thing to do. Other times, the only way to get clearer is to try something.
If there’s something you keep coming back to, bring it with you to this session. Nataly will help you work with it, choose one step, and decide what you’re willing to do next.
You don’t need to arrive ready. That’s kind of the point.
