Everyone who registers gets immediate access.
Most of us never decided to live this way. It simply became the water we swim in. This masterclass reframes Digital Detox as a leadership practice, not a rule about screen time: creating intentional space from constant input so you can quiet the overloaded mind, reclaim your attention, and make decisions from clarity rather than reactivity.
Our attention shapes our experience.
Our consciousness shapes how we meet the world.
You’re the one people count on. You answer the message, join the call, keep up with the news, and stay available, often long after the workday ends. From the outside, it looks like staying on top of things. From the inside, it can feel like never quite arriving anywhere.
In Latin America, much of our work lives on our phones. Decisions move through messaging apps, requests arrive late in the evening, and being always available is often read as commitment.
Over time, constant stimulation does more than drain your energy. It fragments your attention, makes you more reactive, and quietly disconnects you from the values you want to lead from. And when leaders are always on, their teams learn to be always on too.

From 2020 to 2024 she collaborated with Sounds True on Eckhart Tolle’s programs for the Spanish-speaking community, and today she serves as Sounds True’s Latin America Liaison. She holds a degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Project Management, is a Licensed Practitioner of NLP, and is the author of the upcoming book Learning Through Love: Seven Codes to Awaken the New Humanity.
