Four-Day, In-Person Immersion Event #1

September 17 – September 20, 2020 | Carlsbad, CA

We’ll gather together at the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, CA for the first Inner MBA event. This is your opportunity to learn from top faculty and form lifelong bonds with other Inner MBA students.

While there will be a big focus on deeper immersion into Inner MBA skills, time for socializing and networking will be incorporated into the schedule. You will have a chance to meet the top innovators across multiple industries and many of the transformational teachers, CEOs, and executives that are a part of the Inner MBA faculty.

Four-Day, In-Person Immersion Event #2

May 20 – May 23, 2021 | Carlsbad, CA

After nine months of work together, we will reconnect as a community for the final Inner MBA event. By now you’ve been on quite a transformational journey. Immersion Event #2 is all about grounding your newfound inner wisdom into your current reality, and the changes you feel inspired to make in your work and life.

We will explore what it means for you to graduate as a transformational leader – someone who brings out the best in others and your organization.

We are taking the health of all Inner MBA enrollees very seriously. We’ve made a few additional options available in your enrollment process.

If you are uncertain about traveling to the in-person immersion events in September 2020 and April 2021, you may now enroll for the Virtual Only Program, and then upgrade later to the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program if you become more comfortable with travel.

Alternately, if you’d like to enroll in the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program, you can downgrade to the Virtual Only option if you need to due to travel conditions.

To support anyone experiencing financial hardship during this time, we have opened up several more scholarships than we initially planned to, to make sure no student who wants to attend is turned away for financial reasons.
