Discover How to Integrate Spirituality + Business to Achieve Exceptional, Meaningful Results

CREATED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

Do you want to bring more meaning and purpose into the work you do in the world?

A Personal Invitation from Tami Simon, Founder of Sounds True

Life, and the way we earn a living, has changed drastically over the past few years.

The old paradigm of business and work—overcommit, overwork, stress, always on the go, sacrificing quality of life for dollars—is breaking down.

This change was already happening, the global pandemic just accelerated it.

In its place, an exciting new paradigm is emerging where people want more meaning and purpose in their professional lives.

Entrepreneurs, CEOs, coaches and consultants want to make a bigger impact. Employees want more work-life balance. And there’s a deep, collective longing for more connection, collaboration and community while doing work that truly makes a difference.

But, we're in the middle of this paradigm shift...

Things are still taking form. Some businesses are still playing by the old rules, some are playing by the new, while others are straddling both. There’s still a lot that is unknown and settling.

And chances are you can feel this. Whether you own your own business or work for someone else, you may sense that something’s “off.”

You know something needs to change, but you’re still trying to figure out what you personally need to do about it.

But the answer is simple: you need a guide—mentoring—in how to bridge the gap between the old paradigm of business and work and the new.

Fortunately, with the Inner MBA®, you now have access to some of the world’s top CEOs, expert faculty and wisdom teachers who have already experienced success in the new paradigm of work, and who are willing to light a path and show you the way.

I look forward to sharing more about these powerful teachings with you!

With love on the journey,

The Inner MBA Curriculum

The Inner MBA consists of nine modules—you and your fellow students will focus on one module per month for the nine-month duration of the program.

We understand that life can get busy, plus we have students in different time zones across the United States and the world. This is why we’ve designed the program to include both self-paced and live components.

TRIMESTER 1

BECOMING A MINDFUL LEADER

During this very first virtual gathering with Inner MBA faculty and students, we will focus on what you can expect in the program and intention setting to create a solid pathway for your success throughout the program. You will meet our hosts, Tami Simon and Soren Gordhamer, some of your fellow Inner MBA participants, and be inspired by our keynote speaker Tara Mohr. Sharon Salzberg will close the event by leading a meditation for the entire cohort.

This powerful foundational module will lay the groundwork for all subsequent modules, as you become more mindful in your life and as a leader. You’ll get access to the most cutting-edge practices in topics such as immunity to change, setting impactful goals, and building a leadership culture. You’ll also learn how your perception informs your reality, and how you can shift that perception to create more impact in both your personal and organizational achievements.

For many cutting-edge companies, EQ is becoming more important than IQ. This challenges the decades-old belief system that tells us to leave our emotions at home. The many benefits of emotional intelligence at work include faster conflict resolution and more inclusive and empathetic discussions where everybody feels heard. This naturally leads to more cooperative, creative, and productive teams. Here, we will start to employ strategies and tools to amplify our capacity for emotional intelligence.

We will also explore what it means for you to graduate as a transformational leader—someone who brings out the best in others and your organization.

In my 15 years of leadership, I thought that my EQ (emotional intelligence) did me well, and it did. But what the Inner MBA helped me see is an awareness level beyond just the EQ with others, but also with myself. I am beyond impressed with the quality of the faculty. This is the best leadership program I have ever studied.

Yes! As the Inner MBA program is 100% virtual, we welcome English-speaking students from around the world. To view a map of the 66 countries our past and present students call home, go here.

Part of the Inner MBA curriculum includes live sessions with our elite faculty of business leaders, spiritual teachers, and Ivy League professors. You can attend these sessions live, or you can access the recordings we will make available in your Inner MBA members area.

You’ll also meet with a small group of peers once per month, held at a time your group mutually agrees upon. As community is an integral part of the program, you will be required to attend this session live in order to earn your Certificate of Completion when the program ends.

Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to connect, network, and collaborate in the Inner MBA virtual Networking Cafe throughout the program at times that work best for your schedule.

The Inner MBA is a 9-month program, and enrollment opens just once each year. The next program starts on September 30, 2023 and ends on May 18, 2024.

We understand that life can get busy, plus we have students in different time zones across the United States and the world. This is why we’ve designed the Inner MBA program to include both self-paced and live components.

The program consists of nine modules—you and your fellow students will focus on one module per month for the nine-month duration of the program.

Each module contains video teachings, exercises and practices, and reading course materials that you can go through at your own pace. Plus you’ll have the opportunity to connect, network, and collaborate in the Inner MBA virtual Networking Cafe throughout the program at times that work best for your schedule.

There will also be several live sessions each month with the Inner MBA faculty that we recommend attending live if you can, so that you can participate in the live Q&A portion of the sessions. (If you can’t make the live sessions, you can always access the recordings later on inside your Inner MBA members area.)

As community is an integral part of the program, you will be required to attend a once-per-month small group meeting with your peers in order to earn your Certificate of Completion when the program ends. This meeting will always be held at a time your group mutually agrees upon, however, so it should be easy for you to attend.

We estimate you’ll spend one or two hours per week watching video teachings, participating in live Q&As, engaging in exercises and practices, and reading course materials.

And if you want to go deeper, there will be optional reading material and exercises offered for those seeking further resources and deeper learning.

You’ll also meet with a small group of peers once per month, held at a time your group mutually agrees upon. Plus you’ll have the opportunity to connect, network and collaborate in the Inner MBA virtual Networking Cafe throughout the program at times that work best for your schedule.

You will not be required to submit assignments for “grading,” as you would in a traditional educational setting.

You’ll be required, however, to complete the following by the program end date (May 18, 2024) in order to receive your Certificate of Completion:

  • Complete all nine modules, which includes viewing all streaming content and attending the live sessions with the faculty (or, if you aren’t able to attend live, watching the recordings)
  • Participation in your once-per-month small group meeting with your peers

We are taking the health of all Inner MBA enrollees very seriously. We’ve made a few additional options available in your enrollment process.

If you are uncertain about traveling to the in-person immersion events in September 2020 and April 2021, you may now enroll for the Virtual Only Program, and then upgrade later to the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program if you become more comfortable with travel.

Alternately, if you’d like to enroll in the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program, you can downgrade to the Virtual Only option if you need to due to travel conditions.

To support anyone experiencing financial hardship during this time, we have opened up several more scholarships than we initially planned to, to make sure no student who wants to attend is turned away for financial reasons.
