Inner MBA Alumni Mastermind Programs

For those who have graduated from the Inner MBA program and would like to deepen their learning and awareness, Sounds True is offering two small-group Mastermind programs. Each focuses on a particular topic, and includes individual and group coaching sessions. These Mastermind Programs enable in-depth learning and development in small groups that meet over the course of three months.

Way of Being Mastermind: An Investigation of Self-Awareness

In this program, participants will learn how to create new realities in their lives and work by exploring their integration of language, emotions, and body. Leveraging these insights, participants will work through real-world challenges while simultaneously mastering self-coaching techniques that encourage lifelong learning and personal growth.

Our investigation of our Way of Being will include:

  • What limiting beliefs are holding us back?
  • What subconscious self-talk is sabotaging our efforts?
  • What phrases or terms do we use to describe our current reality?
  • How can our bodies support deep, lasting change?
  • How can we somatically embody the future we want?
  • How can we alter our emotions to support growth and development?
  • What mindfulness practices can help us understand how we observe the world?

The program will consist of:

  • Six two-hour group coaching sessions over the course of three months
  • Two individual coaching sessions with ICF-certified coach, Matt McLaughlin
  • Small groups of 6–8
  • Video conferencing via Zoom
  • Closed LinkedIn discussion group

Cost: $1897; individual sessions will be scheduled directly with participants. Group calls will be at 12 pm ET | 9 am PT on the following days. Sessions will not be recorded, so please be sure you can attend all of them.

Inner MBA
>

We are taking the health of all Inner MBA enrollees very seriously. We’ve made a few additional options available in your enrollment process.

If you are uncertain about traveling to the in-person immersion events in September 2020 and April 2021, you may now enroll for the Virtual Only Program, and then upgrade later to the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program if you become more comfortable with travel.

Alternately, if you’d like to enroll in the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program, you can downgrade to the Virtual Only option if you need to due to travel conditions.

To support anyone experiencing financial hardship during this time, we have opened up several more scholarships than we initially planned to, to make sure no student who wants to attend is turned away for financial reasons.
