A 5-month practicum experience to put your Inner MBA wisdom into action
As a graduate of the Inner MBA program, you had the experience of hearing from many great thought leaders and learned the information that they shared.
You may be looking at your own role at work and in projects you are a part of differently.
You may want to make a bigger impact in your workplace.
This new knowledge may have inspired and motivated you, but you’re unsure of how to apply it to your current projects and teams at work.
Are you responsible for a project or need to overcome a challenge in your business? Do you have authority over a small team to get real work done? Are you creating a new process or product? The Inner MBA Alumni Practicum is the perfect program for you.
As a part of this program, you will work closely with Steve Macadam (Inner MBA faculty instructor) and Annyse Balkwill (a fellow Inner MBA graduate) and a small group of Inner MBA alumni to learn how to apply many of the principles and practices you have learned to a project you are working on.
Steve and Annyse will be there as guides to help anchor the learning and to help you, in real time, overcome challenges that you might have to pushing your projects forward. As Steve said in his segment of the program, “It is 1 percent learning and 99 percent practicing.” If you want to practice and feel fully supported as you go, this program could be for you!
This program is limited to 24 participants who want to apply their Inner MBA learnings to a project that has meaning at work and walk hand in hand with a group of other graduates also applying these practices.
Due to the nature of this program, there is an application process and a limited number of spots.
As a part of the application process, you will need to provide the details of a project, initiative, or issue to resolve that you are either currently working on or starting for your business. It is also required that you are working on this project with at least two others, as we will be practicing many of the relational and community aspects from the Inner MBA program. You must have the agency and authority to convene this team or group and to apply new practices to how you work to get the project done.
If you’ve ever felt a deep calling to use the work you do as a powerful force for good in the world, and you are also strongly interested in personal development and inner growth, then the Inner MBA practicum is especially for you.
