I believe work, values, success, and financial well being can and will be completely integrated soon. That’s my vision. Trying to play my part. Thanks for all you do Sounds True!

  • anthony says:

I think this will be more and more how people relate to each other

  • Shoshana says:

I am Emotionally Intelligent — I have spent my entire life working on BECOMING EI, and having to work FOR/WITH people who aren’t is impossible.
I suffer, greatly. This is not discussed much, except in Gifted sites and Journals.
    HELP!
USA, as a whole, does not promote EI. It is too Ethnocentric, and WORSE, UNWILLING TO GROW AND LEARN NEW WAYS OF BEING. It continues to try to bring everyone else down to its lower level of incompetency.

  • Marianne Shane says:

Timely Course, can hardly wait to start the Innermba program. The veil is now lifted & the tools & course skills will advance those in the program to greater awareness & adapability!

  • Michelle Giardine says:

I have learned so much from webinars and online workshops on sounds true. A real life-saver for me. So many deeply caring professionals with various points of view and healing strategies. I started with Tara Brach as so many have and moved forward from there. I have shared the site info to many of my friends who have also gleaned a great deal form the offerings here. Thank you so much. Looking forward to a productive future for you, Tami.

  • Gosia Markowska says:

Thank you 😊 for this visual conversation about EI. In today work environment, place for empathy, kindness and sensitive is very needed . As a somebody with highly empathy level I found often lack of that in practical, active way. We tend to talk about it but In work places ( at least at my ) people don’t apply. I am grateful for Tami and DanGoleman for highlighting this . Good luck

  • Bee says:

Often having authentic discussions at work….for example with your boss, gets you fired, because the boss or those in higher positions are not emotionally intelligent and gets you fired because of their insecurities or simply NPD issues. What then……does not always worK in the USA Which breeds narcissistic personalities.

    • Lou says:

Wrong the insecurity is for the person that doesn’t accept that every people is free to have an opinion and it is your choice and only your choice to get affected for that opinion. Emotional int. Means that you know who you are and that you can use your emotion to lift you up or make you felt.. You do not put the blame in others about your emotions. E.I. It is the knowledge of your emotions and how strategies like empathy, collaboration, etc. can help you to get better experiences that doesn’t affected you in a destructive way. Because is ok to be sad, anger, dissponinted but it is your choice stay on this emotion and they control you or take this emotion and make this emotion drives you to choose or find other or better opportunities to learn, grow and move on.

  • Kate says:

Such a good time to think about these qualities that are so much needed in the world today. Every business and every person needs to step back and create what is right for the world. I cannot wait to begin the program and learn from inspiring and conscious instructors. Thank you Tami. What a delight!

  • Victoria FittsMilgrim says:

I first learned EI (from Daniel’s book) while I trained at Naropa University/Marpa Business School with Fred Kofman in 2003. I used the tools I got there to guide small business teams in greater communication and business for the past 17 years. I have to say it astounds me that this is just gaining wider understanding and finally being offered via your InnerMBA program. How come?? and Hallelujah!!!

  • Ala says:

    Just great and long overdue.
But please don’t knock us oldies and dismiss us as dinosaurs. Think of someone like Clarissa Pinkola Estes who has a whole lot to say about the value and importance of eldership , Jean Houston, still a powerhouse of avant- garde ideas and techniques for mindful and heart-full living.
I am a writer and poet, and very much in tune with the kinds of values much needed in today’s world

  • Linda Jayne Lapington says:

This is good news – I’m encouraged to hear Dan’s perspective and the developments and awareness of emotional intelligence – how this has been and is still being integrated into the corporate world …supporting the development of an emotional quota. Your study programme is so needed… value change, follow-through with conscience for climate sensitivity with accountability offers not only hope but the possibility of sustainability.
    Thank you for sharing.
