Is the Inner MBA program right for you?

The Inner MBA is a six-month certificate program created by Sounds True in partnership with the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley and LinkedIn — for professionals who are building, leading, guiding, or reimagining what they do — and who want to do it with greater consciousness, clarity, and purpose.

Participants come from all backgrounds — founders, executives, coaches, changemakers, healers, and rising leaders — from more than 90 countries around the world.

During the program, you will:

  • Begin with a live opening event at UC Berkeley (October 23–25, in person or live online) with Tami Simon, Jeremy Hunter, and GGSC faculty
  • Learn from world-class faculty including Melissa Bernstein, Otto Scharmer, Raj Sisodia, Lorna Davis, Nataly Kogan, Eileen Fisher, and Emiliana Simon-Thomas
  • Receive individualized 1:1 coaching to translate inner work into real professional decisions and action
  • Connect with a global peer community navigating the same questions you are — with accountability, networking, and relationships that last well beyond the program
  • Earn a certificate of completion from the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley — one of the world’s leading research institutions on human flourishing

We are taking the health of all Inner MBA enrollees very seriously. We’ve made a few additional options available in your enrollment process.

If you are uncertain about traveling to the in-person immersion events in September 2020 and April 2021, you may now enroll for the Virtual Only Program, and then upgrade later to the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program if you become more comfortable with travel.

Alternately, if you’d like to enroll in the In-Person Immersion Events & Virtual Program, you can downgrade to the Virtual Only option if you need to due to travel conditions.

To support anyone experiencing financial hardship during this time, we have opened up several more scholarships than we initially planned to, to make sure no student who wants to attend is turned away for financial reasons.
